📦 1. Return Policy

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

✅ You received a damaged product
✅ You received a defective product
✅ You received the wrong item
✅ The product is significantly different from the description

📌 Return Conditions:

Item must be unused and in original condition
All original tags, packaging & accessories must be included
Unboxing video may be required for damaged/wrong items

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

❌ Used products
❌ Items without original packaging
❌ Personal care products (if opened)
❌ Products marked as “Final Sale”

🔁 How to Request a Return

To start a return:

2️⃣ Mention your Order ID
3️⃣ Share clear photos/videos of the issue
4️⃣ Our team will respond within 24–48 hours

⚠️ Return address will be shared only after approval.

💸 Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned product:

✔️ Refund will be processed within 3–7 business days
✔️ Refund will be credited to your original payment method
✔️ In case of COD orders, refund will be processed to your bank account

You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed 📩

🚚 Return Shipping Charges

If the mistake is from our side (damaged/wrong item), we will cover return shipping.
If the return is due to customer preference (change of mind), shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
